I have engineering experience in the building of medical devices, software development, and training. I wrote user manuals, service manuals, ETL/UL-like compliance documents and production procedures. I assisted engineering with document writing and drafting needed to comply with EU regulations. I was part of the Quality Assurance department.

In the past I have performed technical support with medical devices and computer support for Dell Computers.
